The Best of the Best & The Toughest of All Time Ep 18-7

KRUSH Roundtable – A Look at Elite & Professional Sport.

If you are working to compete at a higher level it is Critical that you understand what that higher level of competition looks like.
You Have to Know What it Looks Like!

This means much more than just watching a game on TV or attending a game or live event. If you really want to know what the higher levels of performance look like – and you NEED TO know – you must understand the demands at that next level.

👉 The physical, mental and emotional demands.
✈️ The travel, the schedule the time demands.
⚾️ The competitive demands – the incredible Skill & Talent level of elite/pro athletes.
⚡️ You also need to understand the Business side and the Ebb and Flow of elite sport.

It’s just like my analogy of planning a trip – you need to know the weather, terrain, food and social landscape of where you are going so you can prepare properly.

In this episode we put Elite & Pro Sport into context in a roundtable discussion with three Krush Favorites from my TSN Sport Radio days: Craig Moonen (Former Krush Co-Host), and Sportscasters Corey Graham and Marc Majeau.

Having a clear idea of what elite sport looks like is a critical part of the journey when you are Creating Coachable Players.
